Shipping, Returns & Refund Policy

Shipping Policy:

All orders are processed within 2-4 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on
weekends or holidays. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at
checkout.


Returns & Refunds:

Due to the personal nature of skincare products and for hygiene reasons, we can only
accept returns on items that are unopened, unused, and in their original packaging
within 14 days of receipt.

Damaged Items: If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us
immediately with a photo of the item for a replacement or full refund.

Process: To initiate a return, please email our support team with your order number.

Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the
approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to
your original method of payment.
